It’s Day 2 of #MarchMaui and I’m here to give you a MUST DO on Maui! This is Wai’ānapanapa State Park, aka Maui’s most well-know black sand beach. 🏝️🌊
Travel Tips: 👇🏼
- This is a State Park, and you now must make a reservation ahead of time to enter the park. Plan ahead so you don’t miss it!
- This is located along the Road to Hana - so if you plan to go, be prepared for quite the trek along long windy roads (so worth it!!!)
- Don’t bring sand home!! You’ll get some bad juju and it’s not worth it- just take pics for the memories!
- There’s a shower, bathrooms and changing area if needed
- Swimming is allowed, but just be cautious of ocean conditions. Don’t swim if it’s rough waters

Day 2: Sunrise Diamond Head hike (trust me, it’s worth the early wake up). Stop by Leonard’s for malasadas on the way back. Then grab dinner at Duke’s Waikiki for the best oceanfront dinner vibes. ⚡️

Day 3: Head to Pearl Harbor and take a boat ride to the USS Arizona memorial. Do some snorkeling at Hanauma Bay to see some turtles and the most colorful fish 🐠🐢

Day 4: Head over to the west side to do some exploring. If you’re feeling adventurous, book a dolphin swim with @irukahawaiidolphin. Stop at @disneyaulani on the way back for food & drinks! 🐬
